Well if i want to join this site, doesnt that mean i must become a member of the Dialga clan?????

Guests, on this site you are able to post, and use the chatbox.
You are also able to start new topics.
If you wish to join my clan though, i would register on this site.
DONT ASK THE QUESTION, "Well if i want to join this site, doesnt that mean i must become a member of the Dialga clan?" BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE TO JOIN THE CLAN TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THIS SITE!!!
